Pentagon Watchdog: Defense Chief Violated Protocol

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and his deputy violated protocol by keeping his emergency hospitalization last year a secret from congressional officials, the Pentagon’s internal watchdog found in a report released Wednesday.
