U.S. Must Empower Syrian Minorities to Counter Sunni Threat

The best strategy for the U.S. is for it to continue to work with allies to empower the Syrian minorities as a counterweight to Sunni Islamists. The U.S. just wants them to maintain control over their territories and balance off the Sunni Islamist axis.
