Italy will need proof your hotel was really that bad under proposed new law

In an effort to curb the rise of harmful fake reviews, Italy is considering a new law that will mean anyone leaving feedback on travel sites like TripAdvisor must upload their ID and proof they’ve actually visited the place they’re reviewing.
