President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to lead the FCC, Brendan Carr, has fired off a letter to the Walt Disney Co. and its broadcast network ABC that can be easily summarized in three words: “I’m watching you.” The letter is the first known direct warning from Trump’s future FCC chair to a broadcast entity with complaints about how that company operates.
