The fever pitch of excitement for Grand Theft Auto VI’s arrival is growing all the more fervorous as fans are flooding social media with hopes of a new trailer to arrive today, while others are sharing clips of everything from Moana 2 to Paradise, claiming them to be leaked footage. As much of a fan as I am of the franchise, and as such want to see more footage, I think it’s a bit extreme the lengths some are going to get new footage, particularly since the game doesn’t release until late 2025, meaning they’ve still got a long way to go to get to see more footage, let alone get their hands on the game.
