IGNITE ONC

The Future Leaders Project

02

CULTIVATING CROSS- GENERATIONAL COLLABORATION

The leaders we interview come from diverse backgrounds, we
feature leaders in high school, college students, up to working
professionals under the age of 30 years old. We want to give
these leaders the opportunity to present themselves to the world and
further grow the eyes on their project/ innovative idea/ organization
etc.

01

DEEPENING THE NATION'S PERSPECTIVE ON GEN Z

In recent years many people have voiced their growing concerns that
Gen-Z is disconnected from critical problems around
the world and unmotivated to create change. We reject this stance. Through Ignite ONC, we want to show
America that young people are actively contributing to and mending
the world by providing a broad range of solutions to critical issues.

03

EXTENDING OUR RESOURCES TO SOCIETY'S FUTURE

ONC has high hopes for these individuals and we believe that they
will contribute to the advancement of society. In addition to
spotlighting them, ONC wants to be their guide and offer them
opportunities that will help them succeed. Whether that’s being
featured on our podcast, getting involved in our speaker series, or
writing a piece for us, we want to give leaders the ability to speak
their mind on a bigger platform.
