US to Withdraw From Climate Deal on Jan. 27, 2026, Says UN

The United States will withdraw from the Paris climate agreement on Jan. 27, 2026, the United Nations said on Tuesday after Washington formally notified Secretary General Antonio Guterres of President Donald Trump’s decision to quit.
