Ukraine releases video of what it says are two North Korean soldiers who were captured near Kursk

Ukraine has captured two North Korean soldiers in Russia’s Kursk region, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. A video posted by the Security Service of Ukraine appeared to show the two captured men.
